Carthage and Nauvoo

Nauvoo!

I have always wanted to see Nauvoo and we had the opportunity in November. It was great. We were entertained by a play put on by all of the senior missionaries and enjoyed the spirit of that special place. We also got to see Carthage, Hannabal (Mark Twain's birthplace) and St. Louis.

Washington DC

We went to a franchise convention in Washington DC and took in some sights. It was great!

Memorial to Viet Nam War Nurses

This one really hit me hard.

Peaches!

Nathan and I planted fruit trees and this year the peach tree decided to be very productive! Thanks, Jolene for helping save the day.

Caitlyn's Tonsil and Adnoidectomy

We are happy to report that Caitlyn survived her first medical adventure which was surgery followed by gastroenteritis. She lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks but is still keeping up with everyone electronically.

Sunday Dinner in the Park

Twice a month we have the big family dinner at our house. This time we decided to enjoy the good weather and celebrate Beau Jr's birthday in the park. It was wonderful and he really enjoyed his new bug catching net.
